Goodbye V*sa..

I seem to have endless things to do during last week. After my presentation, the next thing in mind is to brainstorm for things to buy for my colleagues. I have so many ideas at first, but most are not gonna be feasible as i have two important factors to consider. Time and Budget.

Ideas come and go very fast. When I've finally settled for PLAN A, which is to do DIY pooh&frens magnets and buy tidbits for them, I doubted my handicrafts skills and brewed a backup plan in case i failed. i'm glad that i've xian1 jian4 zhi1 ming2 (foresight) cos my piglets turn out to have no noses, tiggers with no feets, a pooh with no eyes.. etc.

Lucky I have Plan B to the rescue. Some cute pens and meiji chocs to save the day.

those in pink boxes each contains a lil bear and some marble chocs. after rummaging the shelves at OG orchard until they close shop, I have managed to find 2 bears which represent 18/6 and another 2 which represent 17/6. 17/6 is my last day at visa. :) bo bian, i dun remmeber their birthdays.

to be fair to the colleagues at my neighbour dept, i wrapped the chocs up and let the colleagues choose their own pressies.

but i onli made 2 of such cards. the rest are handwritten as it's almost 3 when i was doing them!! *yawns*
the cards are attached to the pens, which are for my immediate colleagues.

On my last day, ppl from my dept and neighbour dept treated me to Victor's at MS center stage for lunch. food was so-so. the meat is good, the vege's not (too hard for my teeth) and the staffs there were nice in the beginning, but they are quite screwed up when it comes to serving food. (Very blur!! they mistook the apple gelato icecream with vanilla??!) Thank you all for the treat. Sorry that i could not deliver a farewell speech for u all though. no mushy stuff.

i've always thought the last day in v*sa will be equivalent to the last day of sch exams. but i wasn't all thrilled and happy on friday. I was quite sad. tears fell down when i was walking along the citylink towards the mrt station. i noe i'll miss the lot at owe-$-pay-$ room even though i seldom took part in their tok cok session larr.
