Got bullied when i'm a customer..

god must have decided that i should lead a loserly life..

i got bullied today. not by my customer, but when i'm a customer.

today, i shall do some publicity for some bubbletea shop at orchard.

i was shouted at the auntie who sells $1.90 bubble tea at orchard emerald (near urbanwarehouse or burgerking)..
she shouted (and ganged up with her ah lian/xiao meimei assistant) and almost threw the metal cup on her hand at me.

wat did i do?

the machine didn't seal my cup properly (there's a big hole) and the person spilled it when she was shaking the cup (from the beginning to the end, i did not touch anything at all but i handed my money jus before she shook the cup)..

so, they are gonna "remake" one for me. which, they did.. but they used back the remaining juice in the cup, which was already in contact with the hand (while shaking) and they didnt wear gloves.. so i asked her.."erm, are u going to give me this cup? i think it's dirtied.." - and that's the fact right?

and she just threw her temper at me?!! :(
"of cos the hand will get in contact with the water lah.. we need to shake.. " and she continued.. " u want we can make a new one for u lorhhh, u don't need to use that kinda of tone to tell me.." she said loudly and angrily... with her agressive gestures..

ok, for those who might have patronised the stall before, u know it's in the public...
so, i got shouted at in the public... and i was their customer.. (though it's onli 1.90 i know..)

u tell me, how can i not get defensive??

i told her it's hygenie matters.. and asked her wat tone did i use?

i was trying to tell her that the hand touched the water already cos she might not know.. but apparently, she knew and purposely wanna saved her syrup water? and later, i got told off by her xiaomeimei assistant.

xiaomeimei:"if u are not happy, we can do a refund" (at first i thought she was trying to help out.. but nahhh.. it's a 2 against 1 situation)

the next thing, the auntie slammed the metal thing and it was so loud that my fren on the phone can hear it..

me:"then refund me." (by this time, i have no mood to drink that cleaned/dirtied drinks)

then that xiaomeimei sacrastically said:"we wouldn't want u as a customer oso.. so unreasonable.."

me:"..........."

who is being agressive here?

i really don't know what to say.. then i can only tell them.. "u all have more ppl.. i dun wanna waste my energy liao.." my mind was thinking "it's useless to talk to u bunch of airheads.. idiots."

and left.. (very loserly, but wat can i do? plus my break is ending soon)

even though i got back that $1.90... but i think i'm still at the losing end.

being shouted at even though i'm a customer and they are obviously at fault.

wat a joke of the day.
